Annual Maintenance in general is what keeps your company at "good standing", meaning that anyone who do business with your Israeli company can see the good repute of the company. This status everntually may lead to incurring fines and also to many bad legal proceedings against the company and its directors and owners.

Annual State Fee

Every company is required to pay a state fee.

This state fee is annual, meaning it must be paid every year. The fee is due as of the 1st of January of each year. However, it must be paid in the Israeli currency which is Shekels (ILS), using the special system of the state. We can process your payment, pay on your company's behalf to the state, and make sure the company will not incur debt, fines, which consequently may lead to a status of "law breaking", or "bad standing".

Annual Legai Filings

Legal Filings must be made each year in Israel. The state laid it down that all companies must have an annual general meeting of the shareholders, and specifically that some items on that assembly's agenda will be present and resolved on. Among others, the approval of the financial statements, and the appointment of an accountant, if needed.

The Annual Filings consist of preparing and stubmitting the mandatory reports. These are documents which pertain to to the company, and declaration of various statuses concerning the company's directors, shareholders and equity capital.

Registered Address

All Israeli Companies require to have a registered address. Most foreign-held companies do not actually hold an office, but rather they lease an address for the registration and maintenance purposes.

Such an address can remain the official address of the company for years if necessary, and can be easily changed once the company decides to lease an office, a warehouse, or other operational premises in which it will start to conduct its ongoing business.
